Simply head to the My Week page, and tap on Edit week at the top of the page, or Edit day underneath each day within the week. When you set your training week, you’re telling Spoked the days and times you can ride for.
It will take 3 out of a rolling 5 days to build your readiness score. For the most accurate score, you want to have 14 days in a row. More information about the readiness score can be found here.
